    Shipping Policy

     

    We keep stock in our UK and Netherlands warehouses, this means that all shipments are fast and without any customs clearance! You can get Blasting, FAST!

    This policy is applicable to domestic (UK & European) orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store, you accept the policies contained herein.

    Stock is stored within the United Kingdom and European Union. All stock shipments include VAT and duty costs.

    SHIPPING COSTS

    We are currently on a fixed price shipping model with respect to order value. Shipping prices will depend on cart value and your location (UK or European).

    B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME DOMESTICALLY

    Transit time for UK orders is 1-4 business days,

    Transit times for EU orders can be 1-15 business days depending on the country.

    We are happy to offer free shipping for orders over €35 / £35 for many of our European countries slow to our Dutch warehouses. HOWEVER this is not possible for some of the further afield countries simply as our own shipping costs are so high.

    The order cut-off time will be 12:00 PM GMT every day. Order handling time is 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on a Friday may will be shipped on a Monday. Orders are not delivered on weekends.

    C. Delivery Terms

    We use a number of couriers to deliver products depending on location and service including but not limited to Royal Mail, DHL, DPD and Evri.

    D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

    We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us before 12:00 PM GMT day of placing your order at support@gelblaster.co.uk.

    E. Cancellations

    If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations up to 12 PM GMT (on the date of order), we can make exceptions which should be on CS staff disposal or order status.

    If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

    F. Parcels Damaged In Transit

    If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service for a replacement or re-delivery. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.
